“Experience the Journey into yourself”
Indonesian - English Speaking Psychologist

I am implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) methods to instill self-understanding among clients and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. It is essential to keep in mind that a counselling session is not a magic pill or a quick fix: counselling is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the client and caretaker alike.

But in the end, making small changes to self-defeating behaviour and coping with feelings of sadness, fear, and pain can bring life-altering results.

WHO AM I

Hi, I am Insan!

As a qualified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, I have provided several specialized therapeutic services using evidence-based methods to those dealing with challenging life experiences such as depression, anxiety, and addiction. The client’s well-being is my number one priority, and I go above and beyond to help them through all their obstacles.

You are on this site probably not because you want to be, but you might need to be. I am here to help you find the right tools that your exhausted mind needs in dealing with adversity, or simply to lend a pair of listening ears when you are in dire need to vent. You matter!

“The greatest discovery of my generation is that human beings can alter their lives by altering their attitudes of mind.”
